Appointment Policies for the Wellness Center
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to ensure that your services run as smoothly as possible. No cash or charge refunds for reservation fees will be given due to late arrival. We can not guarantee full service for arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late. Intake forms will be given to all new clients during your first visit. Please use the online scheduling system to make sure that your desired date is available prior to submitting the reservation fee. Click on the schedule now button below.
Please be aware that AMB Mobile Massage and Wellness Center is an adult facility. For their own safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. At no time are children under 12 permitted in the Wellness Center unless they are receiving services.
Appointment Policies for our Mobile Service
Massage Therapist(s) will arrive on your scheduled day approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your reserved time to set-up. Please note that we must start immediately at your reserved time, as we have a coordinated schedule to adhere to and we often have several appointments booked per day. Before submitting your paid reservation, please call (443)-994-3458 to make sure that your desired date is available.
Mobile massage appointments can not be scheduled through the online scheduling system.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if you are unable to keep your appointment. All reservations must be made online for our Wellness Center services and our Mobile Massage services.
We require a $15.00 reservation fee for the Wellness Center and a $30.00 reservation fee for our Mobile Massage service. All reservation fees will be applied to the balance due after the service has been rendered.
We require at least
24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Missed or canceled appointments will result in a non-refundable reservation fee which has been stipulated above.
