Online Scheduling
Our online scheduling system is now available.
Before clicking on the schedule now button above,
read the quick tips listed below.
Appointment confirmations- will be emailed to you after your appointment selection is made. Please make sure that you print the confirmation that is emailed to you and bring it with you on your first visit. Our directions, door code, and instructions on how to find our suite are all included in the emailed confirmation. The confirmation in the scheduling screen will only show you the appointment.
First time users- create your own login and password when scheduling. This will allow you to review, cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
- Returning users- enter your email address in the right hand corner of the scheduling system. You will be able to view all of your appointments that the scheduling system has received. You can also cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
- Do you offer couples massage, simultaneous scheduled sessions or group visits?- No, since we offer mobile massage sessions in addition to sessions scheduled at the Wellness Center, our therapists are usually not at the center at the same time. If you wish to schedule sessions for yourself and a guest on the same day, you must schedule the sessions one after the next with the same therapist. The scheduling system will automatically buffer 30 minutes between each session. However, your therapist will take the next guest immediately following the first appointment. In the comments section send us a little note letting us know who is coming along with you.
- Waiting List?- Yes, the scheduling system has a waiting list. If the date your seeking is unavailable, join the waiting list for that date. If a cancellation comes up, the scheduling system will notify you via email.
- Can I schedule Mobile Massage, Corporate Wellness Events or Geriatric facility care sessions using the online scheduling system?- No, the online scheduling system is for appointments received at the Wellness Center only. Please call (443) 994-3458 to discuss on location massage sessions.
Payment- clients using pre-paid promotional vouchers do not need to use the reservations tab. Print your voucher from the pre-paid offer. Then print your confirmation from us. Present it to your therapist when you arrive at the center for your appointment. All other users-check the online calendar to see if your desired date is available. Follow the prompts to schedule your appointment. Finally, click the reservations tab from here or the home page and submit $15 via paypal to hold your appointment. The balance will be due at the conclusion of your session.
